PROCESSING / PRODUCTION TIMES FOR
MADE TO ORDER
Once an order has been confirmed please allow 2 - 10 working days for production & processing. This does not include shipping times.
SALE ITEMS
Please allow 10 - 15 days for production & processing . This does not include shipping times.
Each garment is handmade & made 2 order either to your basic size or measurements this allows for garments to be made to your basic size or measurements.
For example: Have a pair of our trousers made longer or shorter.
We ensure that the garment you receive will fit perfectly therefore the wait is absolutely worth it!
Once production is complete and your order is ready to dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details. Tracking details may be sent separately.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order sooner or on a specific date we offer a rush order service at a additional cost of £35.00 this includes shipping. Your items will be made and sent to you on date provided.
Please do contact us before placing rush order to ensure we are able to get items to you by your specific date.
UK DELIVERY TIMES
UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail and will be shipped once dispatch has been confirmed. This arrives approximately within 1-2 working days, includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
EUROPE / USA /CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY TIMES
This takes up to 7 -10 working days, includes tracking details and requires a signature upon arrival.
Deliveries are forwarded onto 3rd part handlers by Royal Mail. Details and tracking for this are always provided in the confirmation of dispatch email. Please contact 3rd party handler to rearrange delivery if you have missed it.

Taxes & duties
As off Jan 1st 2021 the UK is no longer in the EU and as a result, orders to the EU may be subject to additional local taxes and duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping too. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, shipping charges and return fees of 20% OR full amount whichever greater will be deducted from the refund.
